I enjoyed this book for the most part; the examples of "tipping points" were certainly entertaining and fairly convincing. All in all though, I didn't read much I hadn't already either figured out for myself or read elsewhere. The definitions the author gave to the various types of people were clever and resolved them quite clearly. Actually, I can't do better than recommend Otis's review for those descriptions, although I wasn't as enthusiastic as he is. No need to repeat what he said.I think this book is useful for a person just starting out, a new startup perhaps, who is trying to figure out what techniques are useful to "make their point" or for someone just trying to figure out what the hell is going is sometimes.
